Class Timetable

1. Haridwar Sports Complex reserves the right to rearrange, cancel, or change classes or instructors within the timetable without prior notice, and these changes will be at the sole discretion of Haridwar Sports Complex.
2. On occasion, Haridwar Sports Complex or other authorized parties may carry out photography and/or video recording within its clubs, and these may feature members. By continuing to access and use this website and accepting our terms and conditions you agree that Haridwar Sports Complex, or any party they authorize, may use the images in perpetuity throughout any publicity, promotional, or advertising material. In addition, you consent that the copyright of these materials is with Haridwar Sports Complex or the authorized party involved. Haridwar Sports Complex will never publish photos and videos of members that show them in a negative, embarrassing, or bad light. Any member can opt out of this condition by bringing this to the attention of the Instructor or photographer at that time.

Membership Terms

Fees and Charges

1. The Joining Fee / Initial Payment is due from you to us, is payable immediately, and is not refundable other than in the event of a breach or negligence by us.
2. The Direct Debit Payment Amount is due from you to us. You are obligated to make the "Minimum No. of Direct Debit Payments" stated with the first one being paid on the 1st Direct Debit Payment Date and then every month thereafter. You are obligated to make every Direct Debit Payment regardless of nonattendance, except where the cancellation terms below are met. Our Direct Debit Partner also has terms and conditions that our members must read and understand which are outside Haridwar Sports Complex’s standard terms and conditions, please refer to these separately.
3. If you fail to pay any monies due under this agreement or if any Direct Debit is returned unpaid or any check is returned unpaid or if any other form of payment is not honored for whatever reason, you shall pay us on demand an administration fee of $0.25 (which we require to cover our costs of seeking to pursue such payment from you).
4. You agree to advise us promptly of any change to the Members Details provided.
5. If you fail to pay any amount due under this agreement for a period of more than thirty days, then we may pass the debt to a third-party company for collection. The reasonable and direct costs incurred in employing the third-party company will be borne by you including costs in tracing you if you have changed your address without telling us.

No Contract Agreement

1. Haridwar Sports Complex operates a no contract

   agreement that allows membership cancellation to take place at any time after 1 month's payment with a 30-day notice, one final payment. Any termination of a membership must be registered with Haridwar Sports Complex by sending an email to info@haridwarsportscomplex.in, this will trigger the cancellation process and the 30 days notice with a single final payment to end the membership agreement.

Freezing

1. Temporary Illness or Injury: This agreement may be frozen in the event of serious temporary illness, injury, or medical condition upon appropriate proof from a doctor or other suitably qualified medical practitioner.
2. Pregnancy: This agreement can be frozen if you become pregnant for a maximum of 6 months pre-birth and a maximum of 6 months post-birth upon the appropriate proof being given. Please note – ANY Freeze will not be affected until the appropriate proof is provided and received.

General Terms

1. You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership which are identified in the induction pack, respectful use of the facilities, and respectful conduct to other members and Staff. We may make reasonable changes to these Rules at any time provided we give you reasonable advance notice of the change.
2. We will do our best to resolve any disputes over any agreement. If you wish to take court proceedings against us you must do so within the India law will apply.
3. We may terminate a membership agreement with immediate effect on notice if there is any breach of the Club’s Rules.

Membership Guidelines

Fees & Payments

1. Membership Enrollment Fee– A one-time activation fee is required at sign-up. This fee is non-refundable unless due to a breach or negligence on our part.
2. Monthly Subscription– Membership fees are charged via direct debit on a recurring basis. The first payment is due on the specified start date, followed by automatic monthly deductions. Fees remain payable even if attendance is missed, unless cancellation terms are met.
3. Late or Failed Payments– If a payment is declined due to insufficient funds or other reasons, an administrative charge of INR250 will apply. Continuous payment failures may result in temporary membership suspension.
4. Updating Member Information– It is the responsibility of the member to keep their contact details up to date to ensure smooth communication.
5. Delinquent Accounts– Unpaid dues exceeding 30 days may be referred to a collection agency, with the member responsible for any associated costs.

Facility Rules & Sportsmanship

Access & Conduct

1. Entry & Identification– Members must present a valid membership ID or digital access code upon entry. Sharing membership credentials is strictly prohibited.
2. Respect the Game– All members are expected to uphold sportsmanship values. Disrespectful behavior, including foul language, harassment, or property damage, will result in disciplinary action.
3. Guest Policy– Guests are welcome under approved guest passes. Members are fully responsible for their guests' adherence to facility rules.
4. Equipment Usage– Proper use of sports equipment is mandatory. Members should return gear to designated areas and report any damages immediately.
5. Facility Hours– Our sports complex operates within specified hours. Any adjustments due to events, maintenance, or holidays will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation & Membership Freeze

Membership Adjustments

1. Standard Cancellation– Members may cancel their membership with prior written notice as per contract terms. Any outstanding fees must be settled before cancellation.
2. Injury or Relocation– If a member sustains a long-term injury or relocates beyond a 20-mile radius, an early cancellation request may be submitted with proper documentation.
3. Freezing Membership– Temporary suspensions (for travel, injury, etc.) are allowed for a minimum of one month upon request. Requests must be submitted in advance.
4. Refunds– Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as an error in billing or legal requirements.
5. Returning Members– Rejoining after cancellation may require a reactivation fee and will be subject to current membership rates.

Health & Safety Regulations

Member Wellness & Safety

1. Health Declaration– Members acknowledge that they are physically fit to participate in sports and fitness activities. Any medical conditions should be disclosed before participation.
2. Emergency Protocol– In case of injury, members must report incidents to staff immediately. On-site first aid assistance is available.
3. Personal Hygiene– Proper hygiene, including appropriate sportswear and wiping down equipment after use, is required.
4. Locker Room Use– Personal belongings should be stored securely in lockers. The facility is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
5. Prohibited Substances– The use of alcohol, drugs, or any banned substances is strictly prohibited within the facility. Violations may result in immediate membership termination.
